SMB - 955
SILICONE MASTERBATCH FOR IMROVING THE FRICION CHARACTERISTICS OF POLYMERS AND RUBBERS
SMB-955 is a master batch of a Silicone polymers with special ingredients used as an additive for plastics and rubbers to alter the surface properties. This master batch imparts low co-efficient of friction (COF), high gloss, abrasion resistance and low surface energy to the extruded and molded products.
SMB-955 also contains lubrication aids, which synergistically enhance the performance of the molded/extruded products in reducing friction and increasing abrasion resistance. The inherent properties of the silicone polymer and other ingredients imparts a low surface energy. This formulation also imparts excellent heat resistance, water repellency and superior electrical insulating properties.

The warranty period is 24 months from date of shipment if stored in the original unopened container at ambient temperature of less than 27oC.
